On a pleasantly warm afternoon, 9 teams comprising of 4 people enjoyed the Fun Bowls event. There was the challenge of 12 different games per round which were completed 3 times, with a break for tea & biscuits. The winners were Team 6 which consisted of Ron Butler, Helen Butler, David Fulcher & Dee Wilkinson with a total of 3460 points, and the runners up were Team 7 comprising of Beris Blanch, Hannah Blanch, Steve Blanch & Grace Glenton with a total of 2845 points.
After the conclusion of play, 39 people enjoyed their ‘chip shop tea’ in the Clubhouse.
