Despite a dull and slightly drizzly afternoon, the weather did not deter a total of 51 family and friends turning out to enjoy a great afternoon of fun bowls.
Club members, together with relatives, friends and U3A members played three rounds of the course with a break for refreshments.
Afterwards a group of 59 sat down to enjoy a ‘chip shop’ tea in the club house.
